By supporting the Payoff Quote feature, your dealers will be able to obtain a real-time vehicle payoff amount from a customer account. Payoff amount and detailed history are maintained in RouteOne’s Payoff Quote Manager, allowing for greater accuracy at the time of the deal consummation.
- Deal Refresh
Deal Refresh allows dealers to update vehicle and deal structure information without creating a new application number or making changes to customer information. This allows your finance source to “rehash” a deal without having to tie up an underwriter or possibly lose a deal due to unavailability of the underwriter.
- Payment Call
With Payment Call, dealers can send credit applications and receive decisions without vehicle and contract terms – in other words, the customer is approved for the amount they can afford, right up front. You can set your own parameters to determine which customers you will fund, allowing a dealer to understand the stipulations, buy rates, deal structure maximums, etc. up front.
- Vehicle Values (Bookout)
Subscribe to Vehicle Values and get the full valuation information you need on used vehicles. The valuations are available from Black Book®, Kelly Blue Book®, and the N.A.D.A. Official Used Car Guide®. Once you subscribe, you’ll have access to the same data your dealers do, including the vehicles options they’ve selected (if they have also subscribed). - Preselected and Preferred Finance Source Selection
Increase your opportunity to finance more customers by encouraging your dealers to designate your finance source as their preferred selection within RouteOne. When you do, you’ll have the opportunity for nearly every deal they do.
Pre-approvals enable the dealer to pull pre-approved customers into the RouteOne Lead Manager. Dealers are provided a report on their ‘pre-approval’ customer base, and provide finance sources consideration on each application. Dealers are provided the same customer information as the finance source in a pre-populated credit application reinforcing the dealer finance source partnership.
- Credit Application Auto-Forward
This service allows your finance source to partner with another finance source to provide financing for dealerships. An ‘Originating’ finance source may choose to have RouteOne automatically forward an application to a ‘Recipient’ finance source, based on a set of conditions. Noteworthy features:
- Based on the business relationship, the original declined decision from the Originating finance source may be displayed or hidden in Deal Manager
- The name of the ‘Recipient’ finance source may be customized on Deal Manager
- Participating dealers will be indicated via a nightly batch file
- Dealer will always have the option of choosing to opt-out of Auto-Forward on an application basis
- Credit Card
This feature offers dealer the ability to facilitate customer pre-screen or direct apply for your credit card program using data captured during the credit application process within RouteOne.
