Craig Carrington is Ford Credit executive vice president, Chief Transformation Officer. He is responsible for Ford Credit’s business transformation through technology modernization efforts across North America, Europe and China. He also leads the Ford Credit Insurance and Vendor Relations teams.
Previously, he was executive vice president, Operations and Insurance, leading the company’s global operations, as well as Insurance, Vendor Relations, and Learning and Development.
He also has served in key roles in U.S. business centers; as regional risk manager and business development manager based in Shanghai and covering markets throughout the Asia Pacific and Middle Eastern regions; and various roles in Finance.
Carrington joined Ford Motor Company in 1998 in the controller’s office at a Ford parts plant. He joined Ford Credit in 2000 at the newly established Tampa Business Center.
Carrington earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in business administration from Florida A&M University. He and his wife, Regina, have three children.
