Jim Drotman is executive vice president at Ford Credit responsible for the company’s operations in the United States, Canada and International Markets. Previously, Drotman was responsible for the United States and Canada and, before that, was executive director, Sales and Marketing, Ford Credit Europe. He also has served as managing director, Ford Credit Britain. His other key Ford Credit leadership positions include vice president of Marketing in North America and president of Ford Credit China. Drotman joined Ford Credit in 1993 as a customer service representative. He has served in numerous operational, central staff and sales positions of increasing responsibility in Asia, Europe and North America.
