Jeff Belanger is Chief Revenue Officer for RouteOne, a joint venture between Ally Financial, Ford Motor Credit Company, TD Auto Finance, and Toyota Financial Services. He joined RouteOne in 2003. Belanger is responsible for ensuring a best-in-class customer service experience for all RouteOne’s customers and driving growth among the organization’s revenue streams by leveraging and aligning all business development departments.
Belanger has held numerous leadership positions in Operations, Project Management, Product Development, Finance Source, and Dealer Business Development. Before arriving at RouteOne, Belanger held various roles in the automotive and auto finance industries.
Belanger received a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He has a Consumer Credit Compliance Certification from the National Automotive Finance Association (NAF) and a certification from the AFIP – Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals.
