How To Subscribe


Your Dealer System Administrator (DSA) can subscribe to RouteOne’s Digital Retail Services.

Click the ‘Admin’ tab from the top navigation and select ‘Premium Services.’ Then click on ‘Digital Retail’ to expand the section.

You will be presented with three options: Basic, Standard, and Premium. For more information on the Digital Retail Services packages, click the ‘Find out More’ link.

Select your preferred subscription level by clicking the radio button above the appropriate thumbnail. and click the ‘Subscribe’ button. Then click ‘Subscribe.’

On the Digital Retail subscription page, fill in and verify all required fields, including your dealership information, and how you plan to pay.

To complete your subscription, you will be asked to review and accept the Dealer Subscription Agreement. Check the box to accept the Dealer Subscription Agreement and click ‘Submit.’

You will be navigated back to the Digital Retail Services section on Premium Services.

The section will update to show your new subscription status, your new product URL(s) and instructions on how to set up your new product.

Below your configuration options will be a summary of your billing information that you can modify at any time.

    RouteOne’s Digital Retail Services is a suite of products designed to assist dealerships with generating, managing, and tracking customer leads and online credit applications to help you broaden the reach of your credit application pipeline.

    • All the features of Basic and Standard plus…
    • Automated compliance functionality including: Credit Score Disclosure Notices, and Identity verification*

    • Digital Retail Services Enterprise provides your OEM or dealer group:
    • An integrated, fully customizable consumer experience specific to your needs.

     

    Your Dealer System Administrator (DSA) can modify your billing information or product of choice at any time on the Digital Retail Subscription page.

    • From the top navigation in the RouteOne system, click the ‘Admin’ tab and select ‘Premium Services.’
    • Click on ‘Digital Retail’ to expand the section.
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the page. In the ‘Billing Info’ section, click the ‘Edit Information’ button.
    • You will be navigated to the ‘Edit Digital Retail Subscription’ page. Make your changes and click the ‘Submit’ button to save.

     

    Yes, a business online credit application is available in addition to the individual online credit application at the Standard and Premium subscription levels.

    Yes, the consumer-facing content, such as the online credit application, is available in French and Spanish at the Standard and Premium subscription levels.

    Yes, analytics are available on demand to dealers subscribed to Standard or Premium.
