Credit Application Status Icons

Refer to the icons and descriptions below to better understand the credit application statuses from a glance.

Status Icon	Description
	Error
	Decision Substatus

	Booked, e.g. booked credit application contract (credit card, credit, retail, lease, etc.)
	Funded, e.g. funded credit application contract (credit card, credit, retail, lease, etc.)
	Contract Held
	App sent from a finance source through another platform
	App from Dealer Service Provider
	Sold (for Cash/Other deals only). Available to dealerships who don't have DMS/DSP integration. If a user fills out the 'Sold Date' within a new 'Cash/Other Deal' and saves the app, the icon will appear in the Deal Manager page.
	Delivered (for Cash/Other deals only). Available to dealerships who don't have DMS/DSP integration. If a user fills out the 'Delivered Date' within a new 'Cash/Other Deal' and saves the app, the icon will appear in the Deal Manager page.
	New Text Message from Finance Source Available in Deal Summary
	Read Message
	Quote: New Quote created for applicant(s) (Only available in Canada)
	Decision Snapshot, e.g. overview of essential deal details from each lender. This icon is found in the 'Customer Manager' page. Click on the Decision Snapshot to compare customer's deal details without having to navigate between different tabs to collect and access the information.
	Credit Report Ran.
	Locked field: The field is save and pre-filled.
	Unlocked field: This field is not yet customized to be pre-filled with data. You can customize this field by entering in the data in the field, and clicking the 'Unlock' icon to change it to a 'Lock' icon.
	Credit App Entered: Credit application has been entered.
	Worksheet: Worksheet has been prefilled but not sent.
	Worksheet Submitted: Worksheet has been submitted.
	Contract Printed: Contract has been printed.
	Contract Sent: Contract has been electronically sent.

You can click on the icon to navigate to the relevant section of the deal.
