Subscribing to RouteOne Adverse Action Notice Mailing Services


RouteOne offers dealers a complimentary, intuitive solution, which allows you to automatically have Adverse Action Notices printed with every credit bureau report, or manually print Adverse Action Notices from many locations within RouteOne. However, this does require the dealer to perform some simple configuration by the Dealer Systems Administrator (DSA). To configure, click ‘Preferences’ in the ‘Admin’ tab, then configure within the Compliance Dealership Setup.

In addition, RouteOne offers a premium service, Adverse Action Notice Mailing Services, which will generate and mail Adverse Action Notices on your behalf. All you need to do is choose from a variety of packages to best fit your dealership’s compliance strategy. To learn more about the Adverse Action Notice Mailing Services, click here.

Dealer System Administrators (DSAs) may subscribe by following the instructions below:

Hover over the ‘Admin’ tab and select ‘Premium Services.’

 

 

Select the ‘Adverse Action Notice Mailing Service’ option.

 

 

Select a package and click ‘Continue’ to verify the selected package.

 

 

 

You will then be guided through the remainder of the subscription process.

Your dealership will be billed for your subscription based on the payment method listed in the Billing Information page. For more information, click here to visit the Billing Information guide.

Read and accept the terms of the agreement and click the ‘Submit’ button.

 

Adverse Action Notices for all applicable records will be generated and mailed on the first Tuesday that falls two weeks after your subscription date. Going forward, they will be generated and mailed every week. Your dealership is responsible for Adverse Action Notices on applications created prior to your subscription date.
