Locating DSAs, User IDs & Dealer IDs

To locate your RouteOne Dealership System Administrator (DSA), Dealer ID, or User ID, log in to the RouteOne system, and click the ‘Gear’ icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Another page will open with your Dealer System Administrators (1), your User ID (2), and your Dealer ID (3).
