How to Access Reports

RouteOne generates a variety of reports to assist in tracking your business and identifying opportunities to increase profits. Click on the ‘Reports’ tab and select the report desired.

Available Reports

  • Credit Bureau Volume: This report will display the credit bureau volume for all credit reports run within RouteOne. Two levels of reports, Summary and Detail, will be offered in HTML, PDF, and Excel format. The Summary report shows counts of credit bureaus run by the dealership, broken down by the individual credit reporting agency. The Detail report displays the dealer username and ID, along with the customer name and date/time of the credit bureau request.

  • Customer Prospect: The Customer Prospect report contains a list of lease, balloon, and retail accounts, referred to as prospects, due to mature within the next year, as provided by participating finance sources.

  • Dealer Application Time Tracking: A dealer-facing report depicting the average time a lender takes to process different application statuses.

  • Decision and Funding Analysis: A glance at a finance source’s performance within your dealership. Compare decision time and mix, by finance source, for your decisioned credit applications. Funded statuses and FICO® score bands are included, so long as finance sources provide a funded status and credit reports are pulled in the RouteOne system.

  • Finance & Insurance Log: Includes dealership F&I profit (average and per vehicle retailed) and penetration for each F&I department, F&I product, F&I Manager, or salesperson. Summary and transactional detail are available for all dealership sales. With optional DMS integration, dealers enjoy nightly automated data processing, direct from accounting on all closed/finalized deals.

  • Reserve: Track your finance earnings MTD with each participating finance source (to which you are associated) with an easy to use report. These reports will be populated by the finance source (provided they support this feature). Displays summary and transactional detail.

  • Time Sales Analysis: Displays dealership total finance penetration and finance source mix (share) for financed contracts. View the finance sources approving and buying your deals. Reports can be tailored to a focused analysis of specific sales segments (e.g., New/Used, Retail/Lease).

  • Trend Analysis: Trend Analysis information provides summary-level metrics to track key finance source trends over time. Compares booked/funded and approval ratios for each active finance source.

  • Other Custom Reports: You may request a customized dealer report by contacting your RouteOne Business Development Manager for assistance.

Previously generated reports remain accessible for 24 hours. Dealers may view, save, and print reports in a CSV (comma-separated value) file format for use with spreadsheet programs like Microsoft® Excel.

If your organization is associated with more than one dealership, you may contact the RouteOne Support at 577.556.0003 to learn how to enable free group reporting (requires Major Account/Group Participation Agreement). Group reporting combines multi-dealership data into a single report.
