Payoff Quote

RouteOne’s Payoff Quote functionality enables dealers to submit certain customer data through the RouteOne system, which communicates with a finance source’s accounting system in order to access a customer’s remaining balance for any current accounts (payoff). The Payoff Quote Manager shows all payoff quotes obtained by the dealership from the previous 3 - 60 days.   

To request a Payoff Quote prior to the creation of a credit application, use the standalone module. Select the ‘New Payoff Request’ option from the ‘Payoff Quote’ tab.  

You can later use this information to create a credit application. 

Complete the required fields in the ‘Request Payoff Quote’ page and click the ‘Submit’ button.  

You will be directed to the Payoff Quote Manager to view all the quotes from the previous 3-60 days for the dealership.   

Not all finance sources support the Payoff Quote feature. If the applicable finance source does not support Payoff Quote, it will not be available.
