Document Storage

SecureDocOne: SecureDocOne is a document storage service that helps dealers keep track of their paperwork and comply with recordkeeping requirements. Dealers subscribed to SecureDocOne can use the service to store credit applications, decision details, decision history summaries, credit reports, and other paperwork. Dealers subscribed to SecureDocOne can also upload non-RouteOne-generated documents for storage. Dealers can access their files at any time. Security

IP Blocking:  Compliance tool that prevents unauthorized access to sensitive customer data by blocking outside users. If you wish to block IP Addresses from accessing your dealership’s RouteOne account, you must contact your RouteOne Business Development Manager for assistance. You can locate your RouteOne Business Development Manager here.

Activity Alerts:  Set security alerts for suspicious dealer user activity within the RouteOne platform. If you wish to receive security alerts for suspicious dealer user activity within the RouteOne system, you must contact your RouteOne Business Development Manager for assistance. You can locate your RouteOne Business Development Manager here.

Active Dealer User Report: Stay current and prevent unauthorized access with detailed information on RouteOne users and activity history. This automated report will be sent monthly to the email addresses that you have saved within your ‘Dealership Preferences’ page. Contents will include a list of dealer user names that are active within the dealership.
