Redistributing a Contract after a Distribution Fault

If a contract has gone into distribution fault, you can remove the contract from distribution and select a different credit application to distribute.

If a contract has gone into distribution fault, the ‘Contract Status’ will be marked as “Distribution Fault.”

 

 

Removing a Contract from Distribution


To redistribute a contract, you will first need to remove it from distribution. Hover over the ‘Contract Manager’ tab and select ‘Contract Distribution.’

Only users with permission to distribute contracts have access to the Contract Distribution page.

 

 

Locate the contract you would like to redistribute. Click the corresponding ‘Actions’ button and select ‘Remove from Distribution.’

 

 

On the Contract Package page, the ‘Contract Status’ will now be marked as “Package Ready for Assignment,” and the ‘Assign & Distribute’ button will be enabled.

Redistributing a Contract


Once the credit application has been switched, return to the Contract Package page and click ‘Assign & Distribute’ to redistribute the contract.
