Franchise / Brand Associations

Only Dealership System Administrators (DSAs) may manage franchise/brand associations. To locate your DSA, follow the instructions here.

The Franchise/Brand Associations Page

The Franchise/Brand Associations page allows you to view, add an association with, and edit your existing Franchise/Brand Associations.

To access the Finance/Brand Associations page, hover over the ‘Admin’ tab and select the ‘Franchise/Brand’ option.

Adding a Franchise/Brand Association

On the Franchise/Brand Associations page, click on the ‘Add Franchise/Brand’ button.

This will take you to the Available Franchises/Brands page, where you can view the franchises/brands available to add to your dealership.

To add a new Franchise/Brand from the list, click the ‘Select’ button next to the franchise/brand you would like to add.

This will take you to the Add Franchise/Brand Association page where you can enter your dealer ID, indicate if you want to ‘share data’, and add additional comments. Once all fields are filled out, click the ‘Save’ button to add the franchise/brand.

This association should only be set up for franchised dealers selling new vehicles.  This affiliation should not be setup for dealers selling used vehicles or independent dealers.

Once added, the franchise/brand will appear in the table.

Editing a Franchise/Brand Association

On the Franchise/Brand Associations page, click the ‘Edit’ button under the ‘Actions’ column for the franchise/brand you would like to edit.

This will take you to the Edit a Franchise/Brand Association page, where you can change sharing options, update Franchise/Brand Dealership ID, and add additional comments. Once all fields are filled out, click the ‘Save’ button.
