22.9.2 Release

New DPA Addendum In Response to the Safeguard Rule

To help our dealer customers manage compliance with the service provider oversight requirements of the new Safeguards Rule, RouteOne has created a DPA addendum addressing RouteOne’s responsibilities as a service provider under the Safeguards Rule. Additionally, RouteOne has prepared a Security Statement that summarizes RouteOne’s security practices. This document is available in the “RouteOne Marketing” section of the Rates & Forms tab. As a reminder, RouteOne does not provide legal or security advice.  Dealers are advised to consult with their compliance counsel and individual(s) responsible for the dealer’s security program.

Dealers may electronically accept this amendment and print a completed copy for their records here.

22.6.2 Release

Resend Rejected eContracts

Now, you can resend a rejected eContract without having to edit or recapture signatures. If your finance source supports this feature, and you have "distribute action" enabled on the contract package, you can resend a contract if needed without calling the RouteOne Service Desk.

New Engine Type Field on Credit Applications

We've added a field to our Credit Application to identify the vehicle engine type. While this should pre-populate directly from the VIN, if for some reason this section is not complete, dealers will need to select the proper type manually from a dropdown menu.

22.5.2 Release

Choose How to Populate Retail Value in a Credit Application

Now your dealership can specify how the retail value of a used vehicle in a credit application is populated. You can pull the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) from your DMS or your subscribed vehicle values book. In either choice, the retail field on the Credit Application will remain editable for you to modify if needed.

22.4.2 Release

Group Compliance Dashboard Enhancements

We've added a Group Compliance Dashboard button for more straightforward navigation. Users with dealer group administrator (DGA) permissions can click the button to navigate to the dealer-level dashboard quickly. In addition, dealers can now export a new report in a CSV file format that provides a detailed view of each dealer within a group's compliance activities. Learn more about the Group Compliance Dashboard.

Topaz Signature Pads

After April 6, 2022, dealerships that use Topaz signature pads can use them with Chrome and Edge browsers once a new driver is downloaded. Microsoft will no longer be supporting Internet Explorer 11 desktop applications for certain operating systems, including Windows, after June 15, 2022. As a result, RouteOne will no longer troubleshoot ePad Link signature pads after this date.

22.3.1 Release

We've enhanced the credit bureau and Credit Score Disclosure Notice (CSDN) generation functionality. A new CSDN can be regenerated automatically if a dealer pulls an additional credit report. The compliance dashboard interface is also in sync with reporting. Learn more about all of our compliance tools.

Our newly enhanced eContracting Performance and Opportunity Report can help your dealership track your eContracting usage. Quickly view a list of total booked eContracts and missed eContracting opportunities to see where your dealership or dealer group can make improvements.

You can now view contracts generated by users in our Decision and Funding Analysis (DAFA) Report to better align with our updated eContracting Performance and Opportunity report.

Due to RouteOne system changes, only one form of payment will be accepted for premium service charges. The most recent payment method selected or updated will apply to all RouteOne premium services.

After sending a newer application, did you submit an older credit application to a finance source? You'll receive a message that you must edit the last application you sent and submit it as a new credit application.
