Imran Mussani is the Vice President of Customer Success for RouteOne, a joint venture between Ally Financial, Ford Motor Credit Company, TD Auto Finance, and Toyota Financial Services. He is responsible for the relationships with RouteOne’s owners and several OEM customers utilizing RouteOne’s menu service offerings.
When Mussani first joined the company in 2017, he oversaw the integration of MaximTrak into RouteOne and was responsible for sales and operations at MaximTrak during that time. Before joining RouteOne, Mussani had a 20-year career centered around automotive finance, insurance, and eCommerce. He spent eight years with Harley-Davidson Financial Services. He helped develop and deliver a strategic vision on conducting business with their dealers, which introduced menu selling, eSigning, and digital deal jackets to the dealer body. He also held prominent positions at Ally, Covisint, and GM, leading key dealer and consumer experiences initiatives.
