About RouteOne Reporting
RouteOne generates a variety of powerful reports to assist in tracking your business and identifying opportunities to increase profits.
Once generated, reports remain accessible for 24 hours.
Dealers may view, save, and print reports in a .CSV (comma separated value) file format for use with spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft® Excel.
If your organization is associated with more than one dealership, you may contact the RouteOne Support Team at 866.768.8301 to learn how to enable free group reporting (requires Major Account/Group Participation Agreement). Group reporting combines multi-dealership data into a single report.
How To Generate Reports
Within the RouteOne system, reports can be generated through the following methods:
Option 1: Hover over the ‘Reports’ navigation tab at the top of the screen and select the desired report from the dropdown menu.
- This will automatically produce the type of report selected.
- There will be no options available for customizing the report’s parameters (e.g. timeframe, dealership, finance source).
Option 2: Click directly on the ‘Reports’ navigation tab (or select ‘Reports Menu’ from the ‘Reports’ dropdown menu):
- This will produce a popup window with a comprehensive list of reports that can be run.
- You can customize the report parameters (e.g. timeframe, dealership, finance source).
Accessing Generated Reports
To access reports once they have been generated, hover over the ‘Reports’ tab and select 'Reports Menu.’
Scroll down to the desired report type. Generated reports can be found under the ‘Output’ section of that report type, listed by the date and time they were generated.
