Text Messaging Finance Sources
Communicating with Finance Sources
The Text Messaging feature gives dealers the ability to communicate with finance sources in real-time to work a deal in a more effective and efficient manner, helping to reduce decisioning delays and missed opportunities. Credit analysts will experience enhanced communication with dealer customers, reducing the need for phone calls and allowing the ability to multi-task, thus streamlining the auto financing process.
In the event the selected finance source supports this functionality, dealers will have a quick way to rehash and confirm deal changes as well as an auditable text record of all associated communications.

Dealers may access the Text Messaging feature directly through the Deal Summary page.

To access the Deal Summary page, click on the decision of the application next to the applicant on the ‘Deal Manager’ page. Towards the bottom of the page, you can access the Text Messaging feature.

Yes. Simply log in to RouteOne via your mobile browser and follow the same steps above.
This feature is not yet available through the mobile application.
Text Messaging is only available if the finance source associated with the credit application supports this feature. Not all finance sources support the Text Messaging feature.
