Locating Digital Retail Applications - Digital Retail Services

Once an applicant has filled out their information in one of RouteOne’s Digital Retail Services, either the Consumer Facing Credit Application (CFC) Online Credit Application, or in the Lead Capture Form, that lead information will be saved within the RouteOne system.

Deal Manager

Navigate to ‘Deal Manager’ by hovering over ‘Deals’ from the top navigation and selecting ‘Deal Manager’ from the dropdown menu.

Leads from the Consumer Facing Credit Application are denoted with a ‘Lead Identifier,’ which indicates where the lead originated from.

Lead identifiers are set by your Dealer System Administrator (DSA), and they will replace the ‘Lead Identifier’ portion of this text when the lead comes from the corresponding source.

Click here for more information about setting your ‘Lead Identifiers.'

The ‘Lead Identifier’ is located next to the applicant’s name, and begins with ‘Digital Retail Canada,’ and will end with the name where the lead originated from.

For example, if your DSA set one of your lead identifiers as ‘Website’ and the lead came from there, you would see the label of ‘Digital Retail Canada – Website.’ If one of your lead identifiers is ‘Social Media’ and the lead came from there, you would see the label of ‘Digital Retail Canada – Social Media.’

Silent Leads are denoted with an asterisk (*) next to the ‘Lead Identifier.’

Important Note: If an applicant closes the Consumer Facing Credit Application without completing all of the required information, and if your Dealer System Administrator (DSA) has enabled Silent Leads, then the application becomes a Silent Lead, and will be denoted with an asterisk (*).

For more information on enabling Silent Leads, click here to visit the ‘Silent Leads’ section in the Customizing the Consumer Facing Credit Application guide.

In the example below, the first customer line shows the applicant Sara Green. The lead has come from ‘Digital Retail Canada * - Lead Identifier,’ and is a Silent Lead due to the asterisk (*) next to the lead identifier.

Once you have located your digital retail lead, you can continue the process by clicking on a customer’s name to open their application, selecting a transaction type and finance source, and submitting their application.

‘Lead Identifiers’ are not displayed on the ‘Customer Manager’ page.

You can navigate to ‘Customer Manager’ by hovering over ‘Deals’ from the top navigation and selecting ‘Customer Manager’ from the dropdown menu.

To see ‘Lead Identifiers’ and verify the origin of a deal, navigate to ‘Deal Manager’ and review the information noted in the section above.
